4 CAUZ PALMSPRINGS, (our legal
name) is not only the premiere of the first truly modern-inspired,
hip pet boutique in the desert oasis of Palm Springs, we are the only
retail Palm Springs pet shop solely dedicated to giving back to our
beloved four-legged friends.
PAWZ 4 CAUZ PALMSPRINGS is not only offering
the highest quality luxury pet products and apparal collections in
the valley at outstanding prices, we intend to also provide a consistent
financial revenue stream to our neediest local animals.
PAWZS PS owner local designer and educator,
Suzanne Delahanty, along with her partner Paula Walters, designer
& owner of "sister" store DIGS, had a passion to establish
a modern-inspired downtown Palm Springs business with the main goal
of providing badly needed financial assistance in the humane treatment
of local animals. Our current goal is to creatively help raise money
to replace the existing Palm Springs animal shelter which was built
in 1961. Palm Springs needs a true NO Kill Shelter, and we plan to
help provide our city with badly needed and long overdue community
service. The current shelter is brossly overcrowded and in desperate
need of expansion. A new facility will allow our great city of Palm
Springs to provide low cost vaccination clinics, spay & neutering
services, more space for the animals, a dog run, and best of all,
a local adoption center. The wonderful news is our city has already
collected over 6 million toward a new shelter, thanks to a large grant
from our city, but we are still about 1.5 million short toward our
financial goal.
Though PAWZ works with several local
animal charitys such as Animal Samaritians in 1000 Palms, PAWZ has
selected the wonderful non-profit "Friends
of the Palm Springs Animal Shelter" as our current sole benificiary
for all PAWZ pet store donations. This is a wonderful organization
that has a great deal of local support and is currently doing great
things for our homeless pets, yet many locals still do not know about
their amazing services. (Check our site in the future for amazing
personal stories about real people & animals who have been helped

Who says charity-based business events have to be a drag on you or
your wallet? PAWZ will be hosting doggy beauty contests, couture socials
and afternoonteas, and of course, fashion shows! And of course, we
will have an absolute ball doing it! What could be a better way to
help our less fortunate four-legged friends?
Let us help you and your “best-friend” have fun, look
fabulous, make new friends (quadrupeds and bipeds too); plus you get
to feel warm and fuzzy all over knowing 20% of all profits go directly
to helping our local Palm Springs animal shelter.
